I am working as software engineer. I was placed from campus directly bt HCL technologies. I love software development and thats why i did my post grad in it. I ve been working for last 1 yr or so in this company. I love programming and new technolgies. I would quit the job only if get the chance to work on architecture front rather than tacit programmer. The most fucking stuff about hcl, retail is that they dont consider you human and will make ya work 7 x24. The top management is loves seeing you working so hard. You social life is nill and you develop physical problems sitting for hrs on your chairs, having pizzas. The most bloody thing is their appraisal system doesnt allow you to get more than 15% hike in salary. So you better like to switch job than staying there. Only option they ve is onsite trip for you.
